Return Policy

  1. At MOD360, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

    1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer fault cannot be returned.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as perfumes or personal care products can only be returned if they are sealed and unopened.
    1. Return Process
    • To request a return, contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your product.
    • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof (including unboxing footage if item arrived damaged or incorrect).
    • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
    1. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us in secure packaging.
    • MOD360 will not be liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
    1. Refund & Exchange
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue either:
      • A replacement,
      • An exchange, or
      • A refund/store credit, depending on the situation.
    • Refunds may take 3–7 working days after approval.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective products.

    1. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours with unboxing video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our assessment.
